Join me for the 'Connect & Explore' edition of the Dynamic Body® Masterclasses. You will be taken through an uplifting and challenging full body movement workout in this variation of the beloved Dynamic Body® signature class. We'll begin with breath work to calm the body and mind and create space to be fully present in exploring movement possibilities, whilst exploring the role breath plays in supporting our body and ability to become more aware and in tune with ourselves.
