Meet letitia,

I'm Letitia, founder of Dynamic Body® Holistic Fitness Method, Yoga Teacher and professionally trained Contemporary Dancer and Argentine Tango Dancer and Teacher. I believe healthy movement habits are essential to mental and physical wellbeing and over the last 10 years I have grown a beautiful, international community of Yoga & Fitness practitioners by sharing my knowledge and expertise in how to build and maintain balance and resilience in the body and mind!

My mission is to help you understand your body and how to move intelligently. Building confidence by helping you connect back to yourself and inspiring you to create movement rituals that become part of your life for the long term. By practicing my classes and participating in my training programs, you are guaranteed to get stronger, suppler, sculpted and feel lighter and at ease in daily life!

Yoga

Find your flow and connect back to yourself through breath and movement. From Dynamic Vinyasa, Hip Opening Flow’s or even a morning Rise & Shine Flow, the’ll be something to suit any mood!

Movement

Your movement practice should be well rounded and that’s why Letitia has created targeted area Mobility Flow’s and Stretch and Restore sequences to keep you feeling supple after a strong workout or a long week- we’ve got you covered!
